Thanks for the tips Mukiha,

I will give it a crack and see how it goes. But I am still very pessimistic,I wonder how much mail this editors get and whether they even read 5% of it with interest.

Emails from newcomers are rarely read. If you want to be noticed,send hard copy.

BTW,NMG emails have the following standard structure: initialsurname@nation.co.ke,thus Martin Otieno's would be motieno@nation.co.ke......if that helps
