I think this is the root problem with iebc. you cant run such a complex logistical exercise of votting - and getting it right only to have problems/or be careless in getting simple things correct.

If i heard him well, oswago said the figures "may not add up but they are about 30". Not the exact quote.

In essence it is not a big deal, but perceptionwise, on exactitude, can be damaging. in this exercise we are talking of 50+1vote. exactutude very important.

I wish IEBC announces the results at 1am. Folks will have enough time to digest the results and by morning, reality would have set in and folks move on with life.
