This is what I heard. After hours toiling and sweating while counting millions of votes, a major issue arose between Oswago and the commissioners.

So contentious was this one issue that at some point things threatened to get out of control thus drawing the animated intervention of the diplomats present. Now here is the most juicy, ground-splitting, toe-curling, hair-raising, chill-inducing part of this controversy that will no doubt shake the very foundations of Bomas to the extent that it will without a doubt switch the numbers between the two leading presidential candidates.

I hope you are all ears...Are you ready to hear it?

Conspiracy theories, conspiracy theories, conspiracy theories....can't a man catch a wink in peace? He had to sleep and is now back to work.

Swaggs as we all know him is the CEO and is in there providing leadership and management. there is a staff employed to specifically to do PR and she has also done well so far.

When we went analogue didn't Isaac say all returns shall be received and personally handled by IEBC senior managers. I am sure he is overseeing this as CEO

There arose a vacancy in the Vatican for a Chief Returning Officer, he left in a hurry to attend the interview, but will be back in time to announce the results.

Word has it that CEO James Oswago and IEBC IT manager Dismas Ongondi had consipired to rig the elections electronically in favor of CORD

Weeks before march 4th ,Oswago had met with RAO and God knows what he was promised.

Now,their plot was to rig by interefering with the electronic system and maliciously increase the number of rejected votes from central, mount Kenya and Riftvalley

However, it reached a point and Hassan suspected this, disagreements arose, but eventually Hassan and other commissioners agreed to go the manual way.

This means the CEO and IT manager were unable to carry their plans and once RAO and CO realized this, they panicked

Right now they have influenced Africog to file an urgent case against Hassan and IEBC seeking to stop results announcement but hawaendi mahali!

Thanks all of you for attempting to answer the quiz. However.... none of the students got it right. Apparently this was meant to understand the 'entry behavior of the class'.
Now I will have to start my lectures slightly below my originally planned entry point, 'for students to catch up'.

Next class on monday...Class rep?

Students to maintain silence in class....nice weekend.

IEBC CEO James Oswago says he is not in prison or dead as was rumoured. "I am very tired though," he says.
