He is in the Verification Hall overseeing the technocrats do their job. He is not the voice nor the face of the commission. That role belongs to the Commissioners.

This is what I heard. After hours toiling and sweating while counting millions of votes, a major issue arose between Oswago and the commissioners.

So contentious was this one issue that at some point things threatened to get out of control thus drawing the animated intervention of the diplomats present. Now here is the most juicy, ground-splitting, toe-curling, hair-raising, chill-inducing part of this controversy that will no doubt shake the very foundations of Bomas to the extent that it will without a doubt switch the numbers between the two leading presidential candidates.

I hope you are all ears...Are you ready to hear it?

Swaggs as we all know him is the CEO and is in there providing leadership and management. there is a staff employed to specifically to do PR and she has also done well so far.

innairobi what do you mean catch a wink. He's supposed to be working 24 hours a day this whole week until Omtata and his brigade see form 36, 34, 21, 15, A, B and C. It's all part of the plan to finish Omtata.

It was very simple really. Oswago was to pretend the computers are not working so that Sonko can have his votes manually counted by the women from Jericho. Those women confused the name Omtata with Sonko.
