I made zain to zain call thinking the flat rate offer of 3/- is still on .......but how wrong I was ........airtime just kwishad so fast...

Just saw yesteday the Zain country Director announce that the Vuka Tarrif was a flop despite the billions they spent to populise it.They are also talking of selling off their stake.Me think Zain is dying a slow death.

Did you mean vuka tariff ama Pamoja tariff? For all i know,Vuka tariff is at 3 bob to 10 friends. And,this is still the case.

I cant see the changes,please show me. But on a different note,do people still use pamoja tariff with its call setup fee?

Thats true. They have withdrawn Vuka Tariff which was charging 8bob per minute across all networks.

Vuka is still on & charging;


3bob/min to 10 registered family & friends
8bob/min Zain-Zain
12bob/min to other networks
SMS-3bob to any network

The only change (which was on the daily’s) is cross network,from 8 bob to 12 bob
