i would rather have this thing end in the First Round whoever wins. Politicking for another month will be counter productive in the longrun for this country..... add that to another week of sitting and staring at TVs.

It's such a good thing that the media and some Kenyans who have seen ALL the results are willing to respect the law and show patience and let the IEBC do the honours.

If you dont know yet or you have heard but don't BELIEVE, its ok still....you will know in less than 6 hours.

Whatever the case, I wish and pray we'll all maintain peace.

SOMA KATIBA

Questions as to validity of presidential election

140. (1) A person may file a petition in the Supreme Court to challenge the election of the President-elect within seven days after the date of the declaration of the results of the presidential election.

(2) Within fourteen days after the filing of a petition under clause (1), the Supreme Court shall hear and determine the petition and its decision shall be final.

(3) If the Supreme Court determines the election of the President-elect to be invalid, a fresh election shall be held within sixty days after the determination.
