Techboy.......I think you may have interchanged figures.I have 5.6M which sound reasonable given the remaining constituencies. But I could be wrong.

Constituencies whose results are yet to be announced... totals by regions depending on already established voting patterns

Group Jubilee
688,218 >>>>> Meru/Embu/Isiolo
546,141 >>>>> Other Central
572,156 >>>>> Kiambu
1,469,143 >>>>> RV
Totals for this group >>>>> 3,275,658

Group CORD
1,089,510 >>>>> Coast & North Eastern
1,000,251 >>>>> Western
431,138 >>>>> Ukambani
782,025 >>>>>> Nyanza
Totals for this group >>>>>3,302,924

719,972 >>>>> Nairobi .... split this by 40% Jubilee and 60% Cord

Then:

What does this tell us????

Sharp legal minds i must say. I hope they can steer debate that will be to the benefit of Kenya. I wonder how Muthama, he of no degree, will fare here.

It's getting tighter
Uhuru 3,274,581 ... (49.7%)
Raila 2,949,191 ... (44.8%)

Total ~6,580,532

For 144 constituencies out of 291, almost half-way through the count.
