I don't know who Kituyi is, but you should Stop calling me a tribalist, shall you? Didn't much appreciate your insinuations there. You don't just appear from nowhere and start insinuating that someone is talking coded language to spread tribalism.

A tweet friend has asked this and got me thinking;

- if he wins the Nairobi seat and manages it well without involving cousins,
- if he takes a non-confrotational approach to all tribes living in the City (i understand that this why some kenyans can never vote for someone),

could he be accepted by a majority of the majoity 'tribalist voting' kenyans, as future CEO of the republic.

Your insinuations that just because a party has said they've issues with tallying automatically means one of their can't do the job he has been voted to do is what?

How old are you Wa_ithaka? Or is that a tribal question too?

Can you read and understand? Or do you need me to spell it out to you using apples and oranges? Or is that tribal too?

My questions to you are not coded by the way.

@Son of Isaac, I tell you people are so thick in this Kenya of us that we need to be saved from self destruction.
If an "educated" friend who has managed to send his family to hide in the comfort of Uganda can reason like this then you know what I mean by "saving us from self destruction".

I'm sure he is going to come here to explain to you how "dumb" you are by not seeing the sense he is making.
Thanks we have "Nyumba" guys like you who can think beyond tribe!

Just to explain it to you simply.

The answer is yes. If you are in a particular political party whose ideals are a certain way, then you support those ideals.

That is what being a member of a political party means. If you are a member of the socialist party and believe in ujamaa, then I don't expect you to be a leader of capitalist ideals.

That is what being in a political party means.

Ipso Facto, if your political party has a habit of complaining and causing anxiety when it loses or seems to lose elections, then I expect you to be the same.

That is what democracy means.

I know that logic might escape those who have a habit of joining a political party simply because their tribal leaders are in it.

So I will repeat it for you to understand better. If Evans Kidero is a member of a political party that wants to hold the IEBC at ransom, then he may not be presidential material.

If somewhere, anywhere on the above written sentences you have seen tribe, then I suggest that the tribalistic lunatic is you.
