Say I'm accusing you of cheating.

Would I come to you to adjudicate the same?

Who is the IEBC according to you, before I go any further?

I'm just responding to what you posted. That's why it seems self-defeating...I accuse you of cheating but I'm required to be adjudicated by you since results have not been announced.

You get?

I get but it's not the commission that's being aacused of doctoring,it's the "watu wa mkono".

I thought the party representatives sign the same documents that the IEBC have and which they are using to announce or how are they getting these "different" figures now?

They are crying about the rejected votes, that's all!

and that's why it doesn't need to go to the courts.
They should just give these people audience and we go on.

I doubt CORD has any powers to stop the IEBC from doing what it is supposed to do.

It is only the courts that can stop the IEBC. However It will be hard to go to Supreme Courts as IEBC have not declayed a winner yet.

Given the figures announced so far and what the Coalitions have for the remainder of constituencies I guess there is NO hope for a runoff. All parties know this.

The issue of rejected ballots is known to all parties. IEBC can only declare a ballot rejected as defined by law. Ballots for senators, ward reps, governors, women reps, in the presidential vote cannot qualify as rejected ballots according to the law. IEBC must follow the law.

Should we trust the figures from party agents more than those from returning officers?

If so, why?
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

With this much stress, will people still fight to get the job of Chair of IEBC?
