I thought the party representatives sign the same documents that the IEBC have and which they are using to announce or how are they getting these "different" figures now?

I think it has. The figure has been static for more than 2 hours now.

It is difficult to follow the law and due process when you know you have no solid facts to back your assertions. The goal here seems to be to prevent results from being announced within the 7 days and thus raise legal contention on validity if Njumbiree wins.

Simple things made complicated...

Simple: wait for IEBC to GAZETTE final result, then file your petition and attach the evidence of cookery.

Complicated: call press conference and demand for tallying to be stopped because you have lost confidence in it... then say that this is not a call to mass action.

Why is it so difficult to follow the law?

BTW, has counting stopped? Numbers haven't changed in hours.

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

It doesn't have to go to the courts. To be honest, this IEBC is no different from ECK.

Say I'm accusing you of cheating.

Would I come to you to adjudicate the same?

Who is the IEBC according to you, before I go any further?

I'm just responding to what you posted. That's why it seems self-defeating...I accuse you of cheating but I'm required to be adjudicated by you since results have not been announced.

Yes. But you cannot hold IEBC hostage with petty issues just to discredit it.

Maybe they are saying they did it under the influence of mashetani.

I'm flabbergasted!

This country cannot afford another week of these politicians nonsense. Shops are closed, guys have not been paid, rents are not being paid.

And today, when normalcy was starting, CORD does this?

I don't know what round 2 they are thinking they are going to win. They have proven what Ruto has been saying all along. They had no intention of ever conceeding defeat.

If the issue is about votes reported exceeding total registerd voters.

Why complicate matters, just bring all the concerned parties together and sort out the issue. No need to complicate.

I am surprised at the number of people rubishing this claims remember when sh*t happens it will not matter whether you are cord or jubilee. We need to move on no need to drag electoral issues.

This is a very petty issue that should not even take an hour to resolve, yet it has the potential of raisin temperatures for nothing.
