It looks like they want to withdraw their agents from the tallying centre, the results will be announced without their presence then use this to contest the outcome

As I said else here, Let all issues raised by the authorised bodies.

Rubbish goes to the dustbin and real issues get resolved.

It has been clear one side has been pushing not for a win but forcing of a run off(.Not sure the value add in the run-off given that the same Jubilants will vote and more ruthlessly the second time round.)The other team is pushing for a round 1 win.

So lets wait for the authorities to pick out the rubbish from the real issues and advise us accordingly.

Wapi Amores atoe Kool Aid?

Let us relax , all will be well.

what does the law now say about midnight swearing in?If IEBC declare UK winner, does he get sworn in immediately ama there is a timeline.I think that's what's bothering RAO and crew.

The new katiba is very clear on this. The new president gets sworn in on the first Tuesday after the lapse of 2 weeks from when the results are announced. This has to be btwn 10am and 2pm. All this assuming no court case

SOMA KATIBA - it's in plain English:

Assumption of office of President

141. (1) The swearing in of the President-elect shall be in public before the Chief Justice, or, in the absence of the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice.

(2) The President-elect shall be sworn in on the first Tuesday following––
(a) the fourteenth day after the date of the declaration of the result of the presidential election, if no petition has been filed under Article 140; or

(b) the seventh day following the date on which the court renders a decision declaring the election to be valid, if any petition has been filed under Article 140.
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

I just hopped it didn't get to this, IEBC should very fast clarify these issues including the disappearance of Mrs. Rejected's votes!

If Cord and Kalonzo last hope for run off is to "suckle" Mrs.rejected votes nyonyo, they can do it in court. Why stop Kenyans at iebc who are very busy working to complete counting votes from working, people need to let work get completed and follow procedures for "claims". Note AU, EU, and several others have given this election a clean bill, logic follows you go to court, the only alternative ni fimbo. Leave Kenyans to work, we have confidence in the team we set up!

CORD, JUBILEE. Before you hold press conferences and use your social media and offline goons. Please, this is what Kenyans want to see

Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.
