Rubbish! We need to know the truth. However unpalatable it may be.

Whose truth? Who is telling the truth iebc or cord according to you?

The truth can only be ascertained after listening to both sides.

Pleas note, the two sides are Jubilee and Cord, not Cord and IEBC who is independent. Therefore Jubilee is also an interested party, if cord says stop tallying, jubilee says go on, which side now?

You are right. That should be determined by the courts urgently since IEBC has been accused of being compromised.

On another note, can tallying be stopped? If it is, what happens if we don't announce a winner within the 7 days?

If what i've read on twitter about their so called press conference is true, then they should be given a blackout.

Kenya is bigger than the two parties leading.

The IEBC is in charge of tallying of votes. You are then allowed to go and contest the results including the so called extra voters in court. If its true then the law is clear, you will win.

But this idea of putting the country in suspense everytime you are losing should be put to rest once and for all.

There is a 24 hour court. Use it please. I don't see what is soooooo difficult about that.

Press conferences, tweeets, facebooks etc don't serve this country in any way shape or form. And it surely does not add more votes to one's tally.

Simple things made complicated...

Simple: wait for IEBC to GAZETTE final result, then file your petition and attach the evidence of cookery.

Complicated: call press conference and demand for tallying to be stopped because you have lost confidence in it... then say that this is not a call to mass action.

Why is it so difficult to follow the law?

Dear Lord, I pray that you see us through this crisis. You have brought us thus far, i pray you see us to the end. Grant the parties the wisdom to resolve the crisis and move forward and complete this process. Above all i pray for peace no matter the outcome.

What is wrong with the nation website? It shows Kalonzo press statement being at 13.40 more than an hour away from now. The number of constituencies tallied seems to be on the rise but figures are not changing
