I do not think UK can or should declare himself the winner. Recipe for worse chaos. IEBC have to do it but are afraid of being seen as an ECK. There is probably chaos at the tallying hall with politicos stonewalling verification and/or announcement. RAO needs to be responsible and this time send his grandkids to the front lines if he wants to see people on the streets. CORD has lost but is keeping its supporters running on such propaganda and in suspense waiting for a mythical avalanche of votes that do not exist that will finally give RAO victory in round 1. Anybody who boos or heckles whoever out to be thrown out at any level. @ admin, you are overreacting, while you couldn't act when a deragatory signature was being used.
