When we do the audit IEBC should accept failing us in this area of electronics which we invested in heavily. Saying that they have 7 days is not a good enough excuse. They had enough time to do a mock within themselves, at the 33,000 polling station and push the system to the maximum to see how reliable it was going to be. Also telling us that returning officers did not know how to use the phones which they were supplied with and trained is not good enough.

Let IEBC not forget that elections not only need to be transparent but more importantly have to be seen to be transparent. I wonder what the contract of the supplier of the BVRs and this digital system say because these gadgets should be returned without pay.
