Section 77(1) of ELECTION REGULATIONS states that rejected ballots shall be "..void and shall not be counted". What law is applying?

Whaaat!! if this is true, then this election is a wrap.. I don't know of any democracy anywhere where rejected votes are added to the total tally..I thought our constitution was borrowed from the very best in the world..this is serious stress..

zimepotea, implying the transmission system is faulty and could have been interfered with. Let us brace ourselves for a first round win.

i sed that was told to put a link or something equivalent earlier the rejected votes had hit a high of the total 5.9% there about right now ziko 0.62% roughly and that is dropping as the tally increases.

The constitution is the SUPREME law! This means that all other laws are subordinates to it...

In the event of any contradiction or conflict we must always refer back to the constitution!!

Scenario 2: The tallying officials and party agents had enough time to adjust (rig) after initial indication that the "rejected votes" were becoming serious contenders.
