Where is the figure of 300k coming from?? Wewe unataka CORDeshians waanze kuhara? Wacha hiyo analysis yako tafadhali!!! But I thought the bulk of rejects came from TNA strongholds...hence the propaganda from Chality. Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

Meanwhile, jokes on overdrive. "CORD hopes to form a grand coalition government with Rejected Votes." Hehe. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Even assuming that there are an average of 600 rejected votes per constituency (and this is on the higher side) the total rejected votes will only be about 174,000/-. Against a possible turnout of 11million that will just be 1.5%.

Twitter: Mutahi Ngunyi @MutahiNgunyi Section 77(1) of ELECTION REGULATIONS states that rejected ballots shall be "..void and shall not be counted". What law is applying?
