Some key recommendations to improve future elections:

1) Make the 50%+1 vote clause clear. It doesn't make sense to count rejected votes especially non-presidential ones. As I said earlier, a voter can drop all ballot papers in one box therefore 'inflating' potential possible presidential votes.

2)Separate the presidential elections from the rest. This might make elections more expensive but I think it would be more efficient and fast. It will also solve the problem in 1 above.

3) Returning officers need to be given a deadline to submit results after counting is done failure to which those results will be rejected. i think this would speed up things.

All the same it's good to see results coming in now..

They lost in the seats they were vying for but remain active leaders of Jubilee. So are free to talk.

About the Army the question is not to IEBC but to the British High Commission.

Let us address issues as they arise.Regardless of the source,Nonsense goes to the dustbin and sensible ones are handled by the authorized bodies.

Tusikue worked up.

BigChick, let me explain slowly.

If there are 2 British Soldiers in Nairobi wearing full regalia, the person to ask is the president and DOD.

If there are 2000 you ask the same people. If there are 1 million you ask them too.

Now if you understand that, you can understand why Ngilu failed in basic logic to the point of losing an election.

Maina Kiai cannot order British Soldiers to land in Kenya. I know that may be hard for some to understand, but I'm sure you will give it a try.

DOD or president dont know the number of briton soldiers in kenya as they do not report to them
Britons have been busy manipulating the outcome of the elections indirectly by threats and intimidation esp in feb after their taskforce reported that jubilee will lead by 700000 -900000 votes
Maina kiai has been used previously by western powers for the same course esp in connection with ICC.MANIPULATION GALORE.
I also join them in reminding them that we are an independent nation

Does anyone know whether the IEBC server has been secured as a possible exhibit in court? i.e to determine if someone could have installed malicious software on it?..
