So much nonsense going on...no wonder those results are late.

I have now concluded, any results that are delayed are manipulated.

The entire results should be cancelled and fresh voting rescheduled to 2017 to give IEBC adequate time to set up their servers. Since we don’t have a power vacuum Kibaki continues to build roads and life goes on! And we stay without the Mpigs.
