The results are not complete, where are the rejected votes in Kisumo County

rejected/spoilt votes 12% in raila strongholds and
9% in UK strongholds so far.......

Facts so far:

Of the about 50% of votes tallied by IEBC, Uhuru has 53% and Raila 42%. Should we expect any major changes for the less than 50% to be tallied?
