Question TimeIf a rejected vote is "rejected" because
a) A gubernatorial/Senate/county rep etc ballot was dropped in the presidential ballot box
b) The voter did not indicate his/her choice (unmarked)
c) The serial number of the ballot is not for that poll station
How exactly do you include these to determine percentage of votes cast?
I think for the first time in this forum i will be in full agreement with @ Alma on all issues that he has raised. For the election to be free and
FAIR rules for engagement cannot be changed half way. There is no precedent in the world where such votes have been included to determine the eventual winner simply because those votes are not "representative" of any "intention" to vote for a particular candidate.
As we discus let us be civil, the old proven Wazua way of doing things >>>"LETA RINK" should be the standard and norm. People have started spreading propaganda and what they don't seem to realize is that i
t does not change how Kenyans already voted. I am on record in Wazua among Uhuru's earliest supporters while others were still in the closet. If by any chance my candidate does not win in a
Free, Fair and Democratic manner I am ready to embrace the other candidate as my president. Guys, Life goes on after this!!
