Those awaited officers should never have left Bomas in the first place. Let us avoid RETURNING officers in the future. If IEBC wants to go online(IT) it needs to change to eEBC.

The electoral body should next time concentrate on adverts showing how to vote rather than why

All we want is the Kshs 24B used in all sorts of failed technology accounted for. Not to hate on the preferred network provider, but anyone with the basic ICT knowledge was very doubtful this technology was going to work! I am still smarting at the failure of BVR kits! commission of inquiry tafadhali mara moja!
