Looks like iteere was just announcing his arrival .....when he promised to bring order in the matatu industry and reduce the road genocide that has been taking place....now the man seem to have sat confortably on his seat ...and forgotten the promise......unroadworthy matatus which had taken him seriously and had been removed from the road are back ....Matatus are now overloading/overspeeding....not more speed governors....Its just a matter of time before you start hearing the massacre.....especially in this month of October when accidents are usually plenty....To you Iteere/Kinyee....
