I think the magic number is 5.5 million votes, considering that the rejected votes might hit the one million mark by the end of this exercise..
It's not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are.

How does one contest a constitution? Some here has copy pasted the exact clause.

Unfortunately Hassan is right.No amount of argument can change this fact even if you go to the International Court of Justice.The word valid before cast would have rendered Hassan's interpretation incorrect but so far he is right.
