when a person in the name of Ringera asks the board that is supposed to employ him to go to Uhuru park and have harambee there to get money to advertise for the job ... what do you call that ....When Kioko Mangeli has to be bribed with Kioko Joel to step down ...where are we heading as a country.....When muthaura threatens the board that he will pay himself if they delay his illegitimate salary isnt that fundamentalism in the civil service ... ...just as we have islamist fundamentalists.....
