This nonsence technicalities should be put on hold.
This votes should be counted unless its about the way the ballot paper is marked.

Not a chance! The law is very clear on the counting procedures and what constitutes spoilt votes. Presidential votes are counted first and the ballot box(es) sealed. If presidential votes are found elsewhere, the boxes cannot be unsealed! Habari ndiyo hiyo.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Voted at dusk, we had to be assisted identify the boxes as the lighting in the room messed us up. The high number of spoit could also be due to IEBC staff not stamping the paper

Just seen a ballot paper on NTV, where voter, put a tick against the candidates picture and not on the area/box provided. Talk about voter education.

Some voters were not told that any mark outside the box counts as a spoiled ballot. This means if your tick or cross was too big and extends beyond the black border, you wasted your vote and time.
