Skerians,Do you know of any EB Employee you would nominate for Oustanding Good Service? Im assuming they all wear the badges.

I would nominate a gentleman called Kimani at Knut House Branch. He was was so helpful after i had given up hope in getting an ATM card.Im enjoying Eb services coz i dont need to queue for hours to access my cash.

Maybe we need to first define what 'Outstanding Service' is.

Sometimes,I think we are so used to substandard service that we suffer from shock therapy when we get normal service.

Adept*****I call outstanding good service as an attitude of gratitude- If you are in bisiness and want to sell something and u have happy and repeat customers, you will have to adopt oustanding customer service skills. If you have customers then you have customer servise.Whether you realize it or not this is a fact. An excelent starting point in developing good customer service is the Golden rule is:treat others as you would want to be treated.

Seriously is eb paying people to advertise their services here. How many threads are we going to have on one entity.

atleast fix the topic to read 'of' not 'for'.

I guess if you can't win with facts, you can always pen bile-laced,xenophobic rants to distract everyone.

Most guys here draw their money through the ATMs....might be difficult to know the EB workers....

Kaiganjo,

EB employee of the year doesn't have to be a cashier...it could also be the guy sitting behind the shares trading desk, who facilitates your buy/sell orders and closes the deal in record 3 days!..
