Raila Leads in 24 counties
Uhuru 22 Counties
Musalia 1 County(Vihiga)

What Happens if Uhuru Wins the popular vote(Tyranny of numbers) but loses the counties battle?
Runoff or he's lost?

this electronic result thing funny. within two hours of closing we had more than 5% reported. 6hrs later it is chururuchururu! one would have expected a greater surge.

The problem is that the IEBC national servers that receive the result keyed into the designated phones crashed around 2 1/2 hours ago. Looks like it is going to be quiet for quite a while now. I would not expect anything much until early in the morning kenyan time. However, when it is back up, results will flood in like crazy because apparently most clerks have finished counting the presidential ballots and are already in the MP ones. It is just the transmission that has slowed.

@IT'd...From my understanding it is not the person who leads in counties but rather getting 25% in 24 counties.

That shall happen to both RAO and the The 4th PoRK UMK.

The numbers coming in seems to have dried up almost completely. Not interesting to keep staring at thesame repeated figures.

And they will dry some more as lights go off around cause of the rain ...kenya power and rain dont mix ...mimi naenda kudoze..

Interim results show they are the only 2 who are clsoe. Currently at 23 counties with 25%. Interim though.
