Tyranny numbers were based on the premise the election was won on Dec 4th via registeration. Turnout was the secondary factor. How much of a secondary factor after he brought it to the attention of the politicians..let us see.

Then I talked to the officer and she advised their is a reconciliation to be done end of day btn BVR total and Manual.
