I have heard in Rwanda that citizens are pleading with Kagame to scrap term limits and vie in 2017 as he has done a lot for them and cannot fathom living with anybody else as president!!!

he should leave when his term is finished. Nobody is irreplaceable. I am sure the next one will strive to do better to make a name for himself. too much of something is dangerous.

He has indeed straightened up the country but he should also let others rule its not a monarch...M7 is another one his family members in positions of.power engage in corrupt activities thats not the kind of leader you want...na hang'atuki...
