Not really there is a diff between the two.
Besigye,oil,refineries and the west fall under one topic.
M7 is putting a tough fight here for his people.
Other than that,I don't see no reason why he should hold on to power.

I have a feeling libyans, iraqis, egyptians, tunisians would rather have their former dictators in place than the west backed 'democratically' elected leaders
