80% of replies to this post have not even READ the complete article! Just plain assumptions from unpatriotic critics if you ask me.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

@mndandii: Most people HAVE read the article because it's been reproduced on this site. I have checked against source and it is correctly reproduced here. All users are free to do the following:

What? Now the Financial Times is making stuff up! They should be made to account for their shoddy reporting at once and apologize in no uncertain terms!

How sane kenyans all unite to dismiss a CNN video report of kikuyu militia arming themselves in RV but a section want to believe/accept/wait for confirmation on this FT report fails me.
