Hahahaha, will the queue stop to let one person finish the 7.5mins....it's a conitnous process...jinga expert!!!!

Infact, assuming 1 minute per step, the queue will complete 7 people in 8 minutes:
1. When the 1st person is doing step 2, the 2nd person will be doing step 1
2. When the 1st person is doing step 3, the 2nd one step 2 and 3rd person step 1
3. ...
4. ...
5. ...
6. ...
7. So on minute 7:
the 1st person is on step 7,
the 2nd on on step 6,
the 3rd on step 5,
the 4th on step 4,
the 5th on step 3,
the 6th on step 2 and
the 7th on step 1
8. So on 8th minute the first guy is out Whistle

That's the ideal concept of an assembly/manufacturing conveyor belt. We know its not practical in a voting environment.

Some people are aged, others are illiterate, others are wajuaji who spoil votes by putting ballot papers to the wrong boxes etc.

There will be Ques and voters cannot be turned away after showing up to vote.

Its going to be tricky, but in the end, lets hope Haki itatendeka

Of course it's not ideal like conveyor belt, but your concept that the next person on the queue has to wait 7.5mins to start step one is wrong.
The follow each other back to back.

Which concept of average is in contention?. You have 60 minutes in an hour, how many people will have finished to vote for the 6 candidates. It doesn't matter how they have done it. If its 10, then average 6 mins per person, the "expert" said its 7.5. What do you think its the average number?. I think the expert is right and only increasing the number of staff and streams will make the exercise faster.

What you actually need to increase is the number of booths so that even if 1 person is slow, there is always an empty one for faster guys.

Your expert is using the time it takes one person and not an average......did you take part in the mock elections, if you didn't then please listen to those who did.......it took me 5.5mins.....with my 4 friends we were all out in about 10mins.....now these are facts not from some armchair expert jungu.

I feel we may need another day, but the way it is handled is very important, we dont want it used as an excuse to stuff ballots or start violence.

And of course the Mock was also for voter education. If it took educated people like you and your friends 5.5 minutes, then "my" experts opinion is somewhat valid.

Jubilee knows this and that's why they are pushing to have more clerks for them to win Round 1.
