The follow each other back to back.

Which concept of average is in contention?. You have 60 minutes in an hour, how many people will have finished to vote for the 6 candidates. It doesn't matter how they have done it. If its 10, then average 6 mins per person, the "expert" said its 7.5. What do you think its the average number?. I think the expert is right and only increasing the number of staff and streams will make the exercise faster.

What you actually need to increase is the number of booths so that even if 1 person is slow, there is always an empty one for faster guys. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

Your expert is using the time it takes one person and not an average......did you take part in the mock elections, if you didn't then please listen to those who did.......it took me 5.5mins.....with my 4 friends we were all out in about 10mins.....now these are facts not from some armchair expert jungu. ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

I feel we may need another day, but the way it is handled is very important, we dont want it used as an excuse to stuff ballots or start violence. Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
