Cord running adverts on t. v that raila will personally handle the extremely complex land issue as a Cord president. What will the expert team commisioners do or they will just be taking free fat salaries for nothing? Tuachie rao kazi ya machamba he repeats mollases land?

We have a new constitution with a comprehensive chapter on Land unless ni kupang'ang'a.

There is something called STATE, it was formed and defined in 1648 at westphallia conference.Among its unique xticts are:
1. Sovereignity
2. Bureaucracy.
Of importance here is bureaucracy, which loosely we call Government, is headed by a head of state.
3. every Tom Dick and Harry works for the head of state, including the competent commission you are talking about.
My point:
Anybody running for being Head of this state, Kenya is very right to say that he will do Whatever these commissions are suppose to do coz the commissions work for and on behalf of Head of state.

Maybe in Sudan, u do not know the constitution 'the people' and the bodies created by it are not subject to interference? This is not nyayo days dont take us back there with weak 'apolitical' ideas.

Are people insinuating or iebc is under/subject to kibaki whims or other constitutional bodies? Raila is only your god not everyones, please study your constituion before rushing to post.

Different understanding.....no longer any need to spar....all these commissions will work under a govt, if they were to run the country then we would not be having elections next week!!!!
