Should a role model be someone who is better than you? If you getter better than your role model in the process, would one be needed to change to another one? And by the way do you know of someone who grew in life to be better than their role model?

I think a role model should have something which you aspire to have or motivates you. I don't think its about being better than your role model because we are all unique so comparing each other is hard.

Many of us take our parents as role models. Yet some of us do better than them in life but we still look up to them.
