ID buying might also be bure as I can get an abstract.

Nope, the chairman said abstract will not be allowed, IDs are being bought....in a close election any vote won/denied matters!!!

If you had registered using an original ID, and then you lost it.... IEBC has confirmed that you can use a police abstract to vote.... your fingerprint and photo can be confirmed in the IBVR.

Ok. Am now getting confused. I saw the chairman tell Julie on TV that someone can use an abstract. Then later on I heard him at a press conference say that they have been able to confirm that abstract will not be allowed...has that changed again?

Yesterday is when I understood how voters used to be bought...

first the buyer would bribe the voter and then the voter enter the class room to vote but pretends that he/she is illiterate and needs help from the 'buyers' party official/observer and he puts his mark where appropriate on the ballot papers. Only in Kenya!

BBI will solve it
