The water problem is not sorted, my friend moved there recently and he misses the landlord already, such a shame.....

I tend to think the issue is nssf on marketing the product and initially the method of selling locked out bank finance, add on to corruption at the early stages to acquire a house. All this could have had some effect to price

The others (privateers)are inflating their prices beyond reach of targeted populace. Yaani compare the prices to other prices in the market Nyayo houses are priced low. Reading your comment again I think we are saying the same thing that Nyayo houses are priced at the right price not te market price.

I am also told at gate c there is a building coming up and on way from the gate into the estate another open space a building is coming up,
