I thought i heard IEBC chair saying all you need is your national ID or passport in order to vote. Now i am hearing on KTN about voter's card buying! So i checked IEBC website and i can see voter's Card buying as an electrol offence. How will someone use a voter's card sold by someone else?

To start with, there is no voter's card, all you need is your ID and your finger. If it was t8 be bought, politicians wud buy them from their rival's areas so that the rival will have less voters in his or her basket. This time am hearing of rumours that what they r buying .ni IDs.

Nope, the chairman said abstract will not be allowed, IDs are being bought....in a close election any vote won/denied matters!!!

If true then it is negligible as it is difficult for majority to contemplate selling their identity cards.

Pick pockets must be having a very good time. They steal money from wallets and then sell the ID.

If you had registered using an original ID, and then you lost it.... IEBC has confirmed that you can use a police abstract to vote.... your fingerprint and photo can be confirmed in the IBVR.
