According to Met Dept, this is as a result of sun's rays hitting the earth's surface directly - due to minimal clouds..
If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

This came as a big relief!
I thought my house was either retaining heat during the day or that Menopause had come uninvited cz sweating at night is not normal.
It's actually impossible to sleep with clothes on.
