this O. kajwang guy after being rejected by voters in primaries he is still flexing. how long will he keep the junior officer there now that he has only 2 weeks as a minister? better still where do salaries for these civil servants come from? it's one thing to bark loud and another to bark and bite. i.am.back!!!!
