3. When was the letter collected from post office? Is there evidence to this?
4. Who opened the letter in the first instance? Was it judiciary mail registry staff or your secretary or who?
5. Who gave Prof Makau the letter?
6. When was Prof Makau given the letter?
7. Why (intention/motive) was he given the letter?
8. As whom was he given the letter?
9. In what form (original, photocopy or soft copy) was Makau given the letter?
10. Who converted the letter into a softcopy?
11. Why was Makau given the letter before security agencies?
12. When was this conversion (Scanning) done?
13. What was the intention of scanning?
14. Where was the scanning done and who saved it into which computer?
15. How many people have got access to this computer?
16. Is it ordinary to scan letters in your office?

This is actually evidenced by the fact the letter reached judiciary Monday, 18th February. SO could it be that the intention of the letter was not to threaten the judges? In which case we ask ourselves, what was the purpose of the letter. Ii think reference to “Friday 15th judgment” is a plot to hide the real agenda of the letter. the intention of this letter is to Uhuru in bad light.

The entire letter is typed except the identity of the writer. Why? The writer needs not to prove to anyone that he is genuine so there was no motivation on the part of writer to hand write his identity.

Whoever wrote the letter is not a dunderhead as evidenced by the fact that he typed the letter complete with a letter head.

I thought threat letters are supposed to be anonymous? So how comes this is a threat letter and its writers are giving themselves away?
