he is not a broker,he lives there and when his buddies are selling land,he advertise for them

the last time i went to view,it was 100k,but 2 weeks a go,he told me an acre is now going for 140k.

its not kamulu kune,its kamulu joska.

he is a genuine man. and dont tell him plots cos he will tell you plots are going for 200k,but acres are 140k per acre.

There are fenced plots (measuring 40' X 60') at Joska at a place with borehole water and electricity. The plots are ideal for residential development and actually most of the neighbourhood is already developed with friendly neighbours, most of whom are working in Nairobi or locally as business entrepreneurs. Only two adjacent plots are left! @ KShs300,000.
