By the time airtel copies this, Safaricom will be onto something new that adds value to the customer without costing them much. Why is airtel this slow? The ideas they come up with hardly last a month in the market. If anyone here works for airtel, please contact me i offer some free innovative ideas. I love safaricom, but it needs to be tamed lest it spirals out of control increasing prices of any and all of its products with abandon. We need a healthy, strong Airtel to do this, but their services?!
We make or break our own tomorrows today!
