Actually it is 150k per 1/8. Those fronting the tarmac average 300k per 1/4. Those on the by pass average 70k per 1/8. We also have others going for 30k per 1/8 some 3km off the by pass. The soil is mainly black cotton. Many groups selling there. Nice quite and clean place. When the bypass is complete, property value will triple to match kite..'s

JOSKA IS some 35 km from the city along kangundo road, some 10 km beyond ruai. The bypass is a dry weather track running parallel to kangundo road 5km behind JOSKA. And joins kangundo road 1km from ruai

Kbc is some 10 km past kangundo. Dry and un developed. Same soil structure and vegetation like kamulu. Ideal for speculation.

KBC is a place near komarock (the actual rock) further frm kamulu n its before you get to kangundo. Not sure though abt the km's bt its quite a long distance. I am intrerested in details about the offer.Do they have title deeds? email me if u can.
nb/The ony thing i dont like abt the adjascent land is the quarry n stone harvesting that ws thea plus lots of temporary makeshift housing around the quarrys.ope they hv bn covered n the activity is no more.

Kamulu is a nice area not only speculation but for residential purpose. I have visited the area a few times within the last month or so.Residential construction is going on all over and quite a few groups have invested there with intentions of building schools .For speculative reasons you can expect triple returns within 2-3 yrs.( Based on my own experience).
