Looks very possible to me..

so round 2 it is for everybody...!!! na round two, its all out CORD's to lose

but to play devil's advocate.. i would increase turn out in Western.. add turnout in Kisii (nyanza) - since they want to register their anger to one Samoei.. adjust turnout in Coast too - due to the land issues..
dont rule out the lower Eastern turnouts as well.. they are not happy at how 'melons' was treated.

then factor in the governors' and Senators' hot contests..Plus the desire to vote in a new constitution will pull out at least some crowds..
This i think is what the Think Tank in CORD is silently wishing for.. that is their secret card for round one

True, if jubilee looses round one, job ya round two would be tough.
That said, I know cord has been awarded more than their fair share in NairobI.
Turn out in western and kisii might increase, we will have to wait for that on 4th march. In coast, I don't think it will, guys there are simply lazy voters, even in the very heated 2007 elections, they managed a paltry 57%, factor in mrc now, the picture is even worse.
In lower eastern, if they didnt turn out well in 2007 when kalonzo was running for office, I don't think they will now

Dont use 07 data... none is clear.. infact coasts were adjusted for rigging
the data you shared uses 2010 turn outs...

I always said it. Baks won fair n square in 2007. Both stole, ODM stole MUCH MORE, but still, lost. I have always marvelled at their disbelief to date. One excommunicated wazuan n a big time irritant had all the facts n figures. The then ODM sycophants had him kicked out together with the truth.
