I have watched another anti-CJ woman on cord TV. A whole lawyer and she sounded sillier than a goat.

I watched the woman. Total embarrassment. Comparing her to a goat is a grave injustice. To the goat, that is.

My take. A circular is sent requiring state officials to show clearance from their respective ministries or the HCS to travel outside the country. An immigration officer at the airport stops the CJ on the basis of that circular, without really knowing that the CJ is from an independent Judiciary that is not mentioned in the circular. CJ makes a phone call and Gichangi calls back and apologizes saying it's a minor hiccup. One week later, CJ comes to the media and questions why he was stopped by a junior officer following orders from above. Fingers are pointed at the HCS with a warning not to interfere with the independent judiciary or commissions. There's a lot of noise made, the officer is interdicted. And all because of...

...an oversight by the junior officer. An error any low ranking staff member would do, not knowing how to distinguish between state officers and constitutional office holders. Now everything has been blown out of proportion.

That's my personal opinion, empathising with the officer.

A campaign to intimidate the
judiciary and eventually bring
down Chief Justice Willy
Mutunga was gathering pace
yesterday. The Star has
established that the the
National Conservative Forum
intends to launch a massive
attack on the judiciary and the
CJ to wear out Mutunga's
credibility and that of the
judiciary. According to
multiple sources, the forum
which is associated with
politicians allied to Deputy
Prime Minister Uhuru
Kenyatta and Eldoret North
MP William Ruto, is
composed of professionals,
some of whom were in the
'No' side during the 2010
referendum on the
constitution.
Yesterday, the forum held a
seminar at Panafric hotel in
Nairobi, where key speakers
launched scathing attacks on
the judiciary for advancing a
foreign agenda. The theme of
the workshop was 'Has
judicial activism and civil
society replaced the sovereign
will of the people and
become the alternative
government?' Sources said
the forum was a launchpad
for politicians allied to Uhuru
and Ruto to make concerted
calls for the CJ to resign or
call on President Kibaki to set
up a tribunal to investigate his
conduct. The sources revealed
that the workshop was a
precursor to a nationwide
political campaign to
intimidate the judiciary.
Yesterday, the forum's
founder Jeniffer Shamalla and
one of the speakers Charles
Kanjama refuted claims that
politicians close to the ICC
suspects were the sponsors
of the workshop.

So this Shamalla woman is the devil incarnate.....

I asked this question jana, sikupata jibu ! Sensationalising things. He has managed to put doubt in the hearts of all Kenyans who perceived him as non-partisan.

This too in wake on MM revelations that he guided RAO on how to handle the judiciary issue.

Great mind indeed !

Amores, I don't know what standards you set in your life. But some of us are not paid, have never been paid and will never be paid by politicians. Obviously you think that this is not possible. I wonder why?

I accommodate other people. Heck come to my homepub and find us. It's fun and heated. But if there is one thing we can't stand, is paid kids who are behaving like fanatical fools.

Now that should not be accommodated even by you. Incase you think this is aimed at TNA, then you haven't been on this forum long enough. Ask McDoba.

I don't care if you know me. A lot of people know me. More than you can imagine. Honestly that's true. You still will never be amongst the people I respect on this earth. Especially now that you confirm you are a common coward who just comes to such meetings to talk about other people behind their backS.

Grow a spine. Ama this is a no-spine season for TNA?

eish, 'rerax!' i am a harmless kenyan, who is a TNA supporter. Peace brother.
