Could jubilee calculations be wrong?

Apparently jubilee is now preparing for a runoff. unless its a first round knock out for jubilee in the runoff it will be out of their hands.

The only handful votes they will get could be those of marthas and PK the rest will go to cord.

a jubilee win in the runoff can only be guaranteed if in the first round it had an unassailable lead meaning no matter whatever MDVD got will have no impact or the turnout is low below 11 million

otherwised'oh! d'oh!
