Long queues in Supermarkets at mid month?

They say the price of democracy is so high. I concur. I am however, looking forward to the day Kenyans will not have to devise and implement emergency plans just because of elections. From 18th, I have witnessed extra-long queues in my local supermarket, something i have never seen before at mid-month. I suspect people are stocking stuff, just in case.
We make or break our own tomorrows today!

Issue is we are worried that if "boss" loses, will he call out his army?

I have interacted with guys from both the big sides and the overconfidence in such a tightly contested election is unhealthy.

Partially explains the supermarket lines. Most Kenyan parents do their shopping at the last possible minute.
