@Keraka..a very simple issue has now been overblown into proportion. This is exactly what happened to deputy CJ.
From the circular, its understandable for the imigration officer to imagine that the CJ is among the high dignitaries who have to clear with him every time they travel. From the way the circular is drafted, so as to ensure public saves on funds and govt bodies are cordinated well, we can understand why the imigration officer acted that way. Its up to the next parliament to ammend the circular to also include the Judiciary if they so wish.
