What became of the proposed new city ordinances proposed by Kisia? Is it already illegal to jaywalk? Will my dog get arrested for impregnating the neighbours dog? Has not the period he indicated initially elapsed or was this just one of those things....

Kisia is just a noise maker. He just wanted to anounce his arrival. Imagine arresting pedestrian at a Zebra crossing for nor keeping left!
