I did a trial run this weekend. Found me a debe and pretended to cast my presidential vote for one of the top 2 (eti so as not to waste my kura). I couldn't stop gagging.

So I guess I am still in the 2% undecided - or at least I know who is not getting my vote. Kama ni kupotea ipotee

For Gabana, I am voting Kidero.

For Seneta, my young nephews and their friends somehow convinced me to cast my vote for 'Man-Sonko,' so I probably will. However I put down my foot at voting for YT2.

As for Langata MP, I have no clue who the candidates are. Does anyone know?

@Wakanyugi gor for Nixon Korir (JUBILEE/URP) for MP.

Pre - decided

Governor - decided

Senator - undecided

MP - undecided -- will probably pass because I don't know the fellows

CR - same as MP

WR - will not vote - let the women decide!

@wakanyugi, am not CORD this time but Job kwa Jobby is a better option. For starters, he is a resident of langata - born and bred. Strong rumor has it that the rest of the big party candidates are not residents and imposed on lang'ata to ride the various waves. I am yet to see any of the others campaigning, they put posters and went away waiting for the wave on 4th. Jobby comes across as very sincere and humble and has great belief in what he is doing. He is 28yrs old. I met him mtaani literally engaging wananchi from all walks of life and engaging on common sense items such as poor state of infrastructure, lack of water, sewerage issues, lack of adequate shopping areas (land having been grabbed) etc. He has been distributing flyers around lang'ata with a few issues he would like to be measured on. NOW as for the rest besides the posters no one knows where they are. I also gather Jobby had won the ODM certificate but karata ilichezwa when names were forwarded to IEBC ( someone can confirm this) and the nomination forwarded to a favored relative of some ODM fmr MP. Wiper sympathised and offered him direct cert. I like underdogs they value the seat better!

Ukweli mtupu!! Jobby even displayed the nomination certificate given to him by ODM on K24 during an interview...his name then missed out on the final list to IEBC.... He's more in touch with guys on the ground, and Lang'ata will have one of their own (born and bred) as their MP...

I have decided to spend the day at home doing Feb business accounts reconciliations and cash flow management for March and April. Nothing much will change whoever wins and my employees will still need to be paid, bills paid etc.
